Once we understand your requirements, you’ll complete a simple registration process to officially engage our services.
Within 30 days, we’ll locate a property that matches your criteria. We handle all aspects of the search, ensuring that the property meets your expectations and is in good condition.
Our team conducts thorough due diligence, including legal verification, title checks, and property inspections, to ensure your investment is secure and free from litigation or encumbrances.
Once the property is finalized and ready for you, you’ll pay 10% of the property value to Relic Estate as our service fee. This transparent process guarantees that you’re getting exceptional value and peace of mind.
